Downtown property owners voted to approve a new special tax district to help fund a streetcar (project home page here). A wide range of topics will be included in Metro’s December Service Council meetings. The Westside/Central and San Gabriel Valley Service Councils will be holding meetings at new locations, and will also be conducting public workshops to receive public input on the lines serving the corridors adopted by each council.
