The 11.5-mile light rail project is being built by the Foothill Extension Construction Authority, an independent agency. The Authority produced the cool new map.

The map wasn’t made by metro. The foothill construction authority is independent of Metro, and the authority made the map. The expo line also has it’s own authority, and I assume they would be the ones to make a map for their line as well if they felt so inclined.
How come this cannot be done for the “Phase II” of the EXPO LINE as well?
