Looks like problems began yesterday — and the taptogo.net website is still experiencing problems. Until fixed, passes can still be purchased at https://secure.taptogo.net.

I think the Tap Card system works just fine. Anybody that knows how to follow directions, should have no trouble working the system.
Has taptogo.net ever functioned in the way it’s supposed to from the start?
I mean c’mon, the layout is like something from the early 1990s. My kid nephew who just turned 13 could build a better website than Metro. LOL
