UPDATE, 8:25 p.m.: The overhead wires are repaired and service is resuming on both tracks. Trains will be running every 14 minutes for the remainder of Monday evening with speed restrictions in the area just south of Del Mar Boulevard. Good news for those who want to get to and from the Arcadia Gold Line Station: the city is changing its shuttle system and will have three routes beginning June 16. As many people know, Metro’s spaces in the parking garage adjacent to the Azusa Downtown Station are filling very early — about 6 a.m. on most weekdays. The garage has 547 total spaces. Of those, 200 are reserved for Metro customers, 145 for the city of Azusa and 202 for Foothill [continue reading]
