So let me get this straight-they are building station platforms NOW for a “Expo Line Extension” that will not be complete before 2016, right? What a WASTE OF CONSTRUCTION!
Why is it a waste? If you’ve ever ridden on a rail transit system, you might recognize that platforms are a rather essential part.
